$1800.00 Transfer fee upon sale of unit, negotiated between the buyer and the seller.
$45.00 Insufficient Funds check.
$10.00 Per day late fees, beginning on the 11th day of each month.
$100.00 No pet fee
$100.00 Service/Support animal not on leash.
$100 Not cleaning after service/support animal.
$200.00 No glass containers of any kind allowed in Pool area.
