COMPLAINTS
The Scottsdale East Homes, Inc. Board of Directors has had a standing policy of requiring all requests, complaints, suggestions, etc., to be in WRITING to the manager, and if the SEH member is unhappy with the manager's resolution of the request, then write to the Board of Directors. The only exception to this is routine maintenance matters that can be written in few words on our Work Order Forms. The Board of Directors wishes to reaffirm this policy, as there have been several cases where this policy has not been followed.
May we please have your cooperation. In order to resolve your concerns, management needs to be made aware of them. Please make every effort to talk to the manager PERSONALLY or WRITE A LETTER to the office, or place in the office drop box. Your concerns will be solved in a much more direct, efficient and satisfactory manner. TELL MANAGEMENT FIRST!! Then, if the solution is not satisfactory, write a letter to the Board of Directors.
Also, NO ONE but the MANAGER is to give the any SEH employees instructions or directions. REQUESTS and COMPLAINTS to SEH employees directly result in work time lost and a real sense of frustration for everyone.
We have fifteen acres of ground, 284 units and a necessity to upgrade within a limited budget. Your assistance in the above policies will help minimize your Co-op costs.
