Call our office at 945-7561. Regular office hours are 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Call us if you have any problems. We will write a work-order and respond to your situation within 24 hours.
If you feel you have an EMERGENCY situation and the office is closed, call 945-7561 and our answering service will answer and ask you the following questions:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your phone #
- And if this is an EMERGENCY
This information is important so that our maintenance person can return your call. There's no need to tell the answering service your problem. They can't help you. The answering service will forward your emergency information to the maintenance person on call. He will return your call as soon as possible. At that time you can give all the details of your maintenance emergency. If for some reason he does not respond within 1 hour of your calling, please call again. But please give him time to return your call. Our maintenance personnel are very knowledgeable and efficient and will know how to handle any situation that may occur.
