- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied in pool area by an ADULT member over 18 years of age.

- POOL HOURS - Pools will be open for regular use daily except when being cleaned or closed for repairs. SILENT SWIMMING ONLY BEFORE 8:00 AM and AFTER 9:00 PM. - DO NOT open the gate to allow someone in who claims to have lost their key. We sometimes have "pool hoppers" coming onto our property to use the pools and facilities you are paying for.
- Gates may not be propped open for any reason. Not only does this damage the hinge mechanism, but it is a SERIOUS SAFETY HAZARD which could allow unsupervised non-swimmers into the pool.
- Members may NOT leave their key in the gate lock for the convenience of their own party going in and out. Keys found in the locks will be removed.
- Bathing attire only. NO unhemmed cut-offs or street clothes allowed. Hemmed cut-offs used for swimming purposes only will be allowed.

- No one who has an open sore or who is wearing a bandage will be allowed in the pool if doing so constitutes a possible health hazard.
- Restrict use of lotions, hair sprays, etc. Before using the pool, remove hair pins and barrettes.
- The Co-op is not responsible for items left in the pool area.
- Members are responsible for helping to keep the pool area in good order.
- Since NO LIFE GUARDS are provided, members are responsible for their own safety, and that of their children while using pool facilities. Never swim alone.
- Ramada Patio area use is restricted to members and their guests. Members are at all times responsible for the action of their guests. Should at any time, another member's use of common ground areas be restricted due to the presence of another member's guests, the guest(s) will be asked to leave.
- The heating of the selected pool will start November 1st and will be shut off after three consecutive days of 100 degrees. And the temperature will be kept at 86 degrees. (5-13-99)
